Working as part of a team of children's storytellers and immersive technologists, I won the top prize of £1000 in a UofG Hackathon event. Organised by Glasgow University School of Education, Immersive Experiences Arts Lab and the company Edify, the event tasked teams to develop an original story and create a 3D children's picture book using the Edify VR platform. I built one of five picturebook scenes, created the sound design and managed the technical implementation in the Edify VR platform. Over three days, we worked to build Where are you from? a story about identity, communities, family trees, and oranges. In February 2022 we were invited to present Where are you from? to a group of educators and publishers.
